Notice on the Processing of Personal Data

In compliance with the provisions of the applicable personal data protection regulations, we inform you that the personal data you provide through this form will be processed by the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin Regulatory Council, as detailed in the processing activities register titled 'Communication and Access Control', for the purpose of properly managing your participation in the events indicated in this promotion, as well as in other similar events to be organized in the future.  

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent and the fulfilment of the promotional functions of the protected wines and the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin, as well as informing consumers about the Designation of Origin and, in particular, its specific quality characteristics, which have been assigned to the Regulatory Council by Article 26.1 and 26.2 b) of Law 8/2005 of 10 June, on the Vine and Wine of Castilla y León.

Your data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and will subsequently be deleted as established in the processing activities register.  However, we inform you that you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability. You may exercise these rights by contacting juridico@riberadelduero.es . Furthermore, if you consider it necessary, you may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
