This website does not collect personal data from users without their knowledge, nor does it transfer data to third parties.

To this end, the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin Regulatory Council (hereinafter referred to as the 'RC') uses statistical information gathered by the Internet Service Provider.

The purpose of data processing corresponds to each of the processing activities carried out by the RC, which are accessible in the processing activities register.

Your data is processed by the RC for compliance with legal obligations, for performing tasks carried out in the public interest or when exercising public powers granted to the RC, as well as when the purpose of the processing requires your consent, which must be provided through a clear affirmative action.

DATA RETENTION

The personal data provided will be retained for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and to determine any potential liabilities that may arise from that purpose, in addition to the periods established in the archive and documentation regulations.

DATA COMMUNICATION

In general, personal data will not be communicated to third parties, except when required by law, including communications to the Ombudsman, Judges, and Courts.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation regarding the processing of their data carried out by the RC.

ACCURACY AND TRUTHFULNESS OF THE PROVIDED DATA

The RC reserves the right to update, modify, or delete the information contained on its website, and may even limit or deny access to such information.

COOKIES

The RC may use first-party and third-party cookies when a user navigates the websites and pages of the Portal. The cookies that may be used on the websites and pages of the Portal are associated solely with the browser of a specific computer (an anonymous user) and do not provide the user's full name. Thanks to cookies, it is possible for the RC to recognize the browsers of registered users after they have registered for the first time, without having to log in on each visit to access areas and services reserved exclusively for them.
